Question 1;
What is PE short for? What are the materials in the PE Fibre that makes it so tough? How much tougher is PE Fibre to steel/metal? How it is stuck or woven together?
High performance polyethylene fibre, also called ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fibre, is characterized by its extremely high tenacity, high modulus of elasticity, low density and high-energy absorption. It is 15 times stronger than steel and 40% stronger than aramid, yet so light that can float on water, presenting infinite possibilities for a wide spectrum of applications. Such as body armor, ballistic helmet, armoured vehicle, cut-resistant gloves, parachute rope, fishing line etc.
We use 600D PE yarn to make the Bullet proof fabric, UD bullet proof fabric is a unidirectional construction based on high performance polyethylene fibre, in which the fibres are not woven but lie parallel to each other, thus minimum weight is needed for protection of certain levels. It can be delivered in rolls 1.2m x 100m.

Wearing the GAV-PE-01 (Vest 3a) and the GAV-PE-02 (20mm Hard Plate) will that stop level 3 threats in NIJ standard 100%?
Yes, can stop NIJ Level III threats (M80 and M193) plus AK47 MSC

Wearing the GAV-PE-01 (Vest 3a) and the GAV-PE-03 (25mm Hard Plate) will that give you level 4 threat protection?
No, the GAV-PE-03 is Stand Alone for NIJ Level III threats (M80 and M193) plus AK47 MSC (The GAV-PE-03 only needs a carrier)
Question 4;
Can the GAV-PE-01 (Vest 3a) be made without POLICE printed on it? Can MEDIA, PULIS, SWAT, SAF, PDEA or other Law Enforcement agencies names printed on it? Can they be made with no printing?

Question 5;
The model GAV-PE-04 (Helmet 3a). Can that stop threats from shotgun, .44cal and 9mm? And are there various sizes available and is it available in Black?
The GAV-PE-04 (Helmet 3A) can stop NIJ Level IIIA (9mm and .44magnum)
We only have one size (L Size) and colours usually black, army green, desert and blue.
